Having infused water handy can truly help encourage hydration. I love to make a large pitcher of mixed fruit and veggies the night before and by morning, all of the flavors have weaved throughout....resulting in a truly refreshing drink!
Infused water contains no artificial ingredients, zero added sugar, and can be incredibly refreshing, especially on a hot summer day! The best part.....it tastes so good that you'll want to keep hydrating!
